About the Client
Sarah Azzarello Fitness is a small home-based gym specialising in Personal Training and boot camp sessions.
1. Logo Design
Overview
A feminine logo that also represented a bold and athletic look.
Brief
Sarah Azzarello Fitness wanted a simple, bold, and eye-catching logo design that was easy to read and had a retro-athletic feel but a slight feminine twist. She wanted earthy olive green and black and white colours in her logo.
The Work
To create this look, I found a bold Slab Serif font resembling a collegiate athletics font. I used this as the primary font and then found an easy-to-read retro cursive handwritten font as the secondary font.
2. Business Cards
Brief
Sarah wanted a business card that showcased her contact details and logo.
The Work
I designed the business card using a bold retro look to keep it in line with the logo. I used block colours of green and highlights of black. A simple sans-serif font was used for the contact details to contrast with the logo fonts and make it easy to read.
3. Tear-drop Banner
Overview
A banner to use outdoors at boot camp events.
Brief
To design a tear-drop banner using the logo and a minimal design.
The Work
Using olive green, I created a block colour in the background. Then, I added her logo to sit just above where the green colour finished.
